A Taste of Home in Korea

Eagle Cookies was born from a simple craving: the kind of soft, chewy American cookie that melts in your mouth and brings you right back home.

As an expat living in Korea, the one thing I missed the most was an authentic moist, chewy cookies. At the time, I was living in Pyeongtaek and there are a lot of American restaurants and good eats - but all the "American Cookies" I tried were either too dry or overbaked - and never hit the spot. I started making my own cookies, and stumbled upon the PERFECT cookie. My friends said I needed to start selling these, because they wanted to buy them. The rest is history.

What Makes Us Different

Every cookie we bake follows authentic American recipes and techniques. We're talking about cookies that stay soft for days, with that perfect chewy consistency that our customers describe as "a little box of home." Whether it's our classic chocolate chip, rich red velvet, or cinnamon-sugar snickerdoodle, each batch is made fresh in our Busan kitchen with the best ingredients.

We don't make our cookies in bulk, but each cookie is made from scratch each day and packaged up and sent out the same day. That means careful measuring and calculating how much dough we need each day - sometimes making 1/8 of a certain batch - it's serious love and commitment.

Our customers tell us our cookies "remind them of home," and that's exactly what we're here to do—whether home is across the Pacific or you're discovering these flavors for the first time.

Eagle Cookies is for anyone who loves the comfort of a truly great cookie. We bake for expats and military families missing the tastes they grew up with. We bake for Korean cookie lovers who want to experience authentic American flavors they see on social media. We bake for anyone who believes a cookie should be soft, chewy, and absolutely delicious.

Our flavors are inspired from cookies I grew up eating in the States. We have such an awesome group of expat customers who help us choose flavors - and give us so much feedback. We also find inspiration from treats that are trending in the U.S. Overall, we hope to satisfy all your cookie cravings. 

Fresh cookies ANYWHERE in Korea

One of the best things about South Korea shipping is that it's next day delivery (mainland). This enables us to ship our cookies ALL over South Korea - and our cookies arrive FRESH! 

Even if you live in the rural parts of Korea, farmlands, or even Jeju - no worries, we can get cookies delivered RIGHT to your door.

(To ensure longer freshness we heat-seal all of our cookies - so they stay soft and moist for days. Since we always need to keep a stash of cookies on hand, you can freeze your cookies and they will be fresh for  3+months.)
