Cookie Care info (storing & reheating)

1. Can I reheat my cookie?

Yes! You can heat room temperature cookies for about 5-10 seconds in the microwave or 2-3 minutes at 350f (180c) degrees in the oven/airfryer for a slighty gooey fresh-baked cookie experience.

2. How long do cookies last?

The shelf-life of a soft/chewy cookie is 2 weeks at room temperature. Our cookies are all individually heat sealed to prolong freshness, so they definitely are fresh for longer than 1 week at room temperature.

Because we do not use any preservatives or additives, you will notice that your cookie will be drier as each day passes.

Through a lot of taste-testing, we have concluded that the best way to keep your cookies tasting fresh and moist after a few days is to freeze them. Make sure you freeze the cookies you don't plan to eat within a couple days. Eagle Cookies taste great after being frozen, so no worries about keep a stash in your freezer for 3-4 months.

3. How do I thaw a frozen cookie?

The best way to get the original texture and taste is to set your frozen cookie in its heat sealed package on your counter or in your bag (if you are on the way out) and let it thaw in its bag for about 30min-1hr. (depending on size of cookie and weather, the time will vary).

You may also remove the cookie from the packaging and put it in your air fryer or oven for 3-4 minutes @ 350f (180c). You can also use your microwave for 15-30 seconds.

*Please be careful not to overheat your cookie when using your airfyer/microwave*
