Shipping process / fees & Pick-up
1. How long does it take for shipping?
We send all of our cookies by Logen Post (로젠택배). Once they are baked and shipped, they should arrive next day. Sometimes it can take an extra day, if there is an unexpected delay, so please be aware if you need your cookies by a certain day. We are not responsible for shipping delays, because we have no control over the shipping system. (The delivery time depends on your area and the amount of packages, so we are unaware around what time the package will be delivered.)
If you are in Jeju, shipping will take 2-3 days. Sometimes it can take an extra day, if there is an unexpected delay, so please be aware if you need your cookies by a certain day. We are not responsible for shipping delays, because we have no control over the shipping system.
2. What is the cost for shipping?
Shipping is 4,000won for all orders in mainland Korea.
Shipping is 5,000won for all orders to Jeju.
FREE SHIPPING for orders over 100,000won.
3. Can you ship cookies on the weekend?
No. Shipping services in Korea only accept packages Monday-Friday. We stopped shipping cookies on Fridays, due to a few shipping delays. Saturday delivery operates on a case-by-case system, and if cookies don't get delivered on Saturday they are held until Monday. To avoid any issues like this, we have decided to only ship Monday - Thursday.
3. Can I pick-up at the store?
Yes. We offer pick-up at our store. We are located in Busan, right between Dadaepo Beach Station and Dadaepo Port Station on line 1.
Pick-up is available Monday - Friday, each week. (Saturday pick-up can also be scheduled if you pre-order, so please let us know ahead of time if you'd like to schedule a pickup for Saturday)
4. Can I change my order/address after it has been submitted?
If there is an error with your order, please send us an email to eaglecookies@gmail.com right away.
We will do our best to to accommodate your request, but if we have already started to make your cookies or have already shipped them out, it may not be possible to adjust your order or shipping info, so PLEASE double check your shipping info and order before submitting
