Order timeline

We bake and ship cookies Monday - Thursday every week (excluding national holidays)

 

All orders placed on Sunday - Wednesday, before 3pm, will be baked and sent out the following day.

(example: if you place your order on Monday before 3pm, your cookies will be baked and shipped on Tuesday, if you order after 3pm, they will be baked and shipped on Wednesday.)

 

All orders placed from Wednesday 3p.m to Sunday 3p.m will be baked and shipped the following Monday.

  

 

Once your order is baked & shipped, you will receive an email notification with your Logen Post tracking number.

Usually packages take 1 day to arrive to Mainland Korea and 2-3 days to Jeju.
